At the beginning of the construction planning of the two PCB industrial parks in Zhuhai and Chongqing, the Company aims to protect the environment with the concept of “green environmental protection factory”. At the beginning of the establishment of the factory, Founder PCB adopted the latest craft and technology in environmental protection, energy conservation and intelligent safety management through depth investigation and demonstration, and invested 86 million Yuan to build environmental protection facilities such as wastewater treatment and waste gas treatment, and provide the technology and material support to the environmental protection, energy conservation and clean production for the park, so as to create a natural environmentally friendly company that truly harmonizes with the environment and reduce carbon emissions, and fulfills its corporate social responsibility in environmental protection.
Founder PCB's five factories in Zhuhai, Chongqing and Hangzhou have a complete environmental protection system, and all five factories have passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
In order to prevent damage to the environment caused by waste water, waste liquid and waste gas, Founder's PCB strictly treats the waste according to national environmental protection standards before discharging or reusing it.
In order to reduce the environmental damage caused by the chemical substances contained in the products, Founder PCB complies with ROHS standards and promotes the lead-free and halogen-free of products.

Occupational health and safety measures
Founder PCB always believes that employees are the core assets of the Company, so we strive to provide employees with a safer and more comfortable working and living environment.
Founder circuit board attaches great importance to the occupational health and safety of employees. Its five PCB factories have a complete occupational health and safety management system, and have passed the OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system and QC08000 hazardous substance management system certification. It regards the safety and health of employees as an important management task, and provide the employees with the necessary safety protection equipment to protect the safety of employees.
Set professional safety posts, conduct irregular inspections of the plant area, and rectify immediately if the safety hazards are found.
Implement safety training, enhance employees' safety awareness, formulate emergency plans, and regularly organize the employees to conduct emergency safety drills.
Strictly control the quality of the company's canteens, ensure the safety of employees' diet, and regularly organize employees for medical examinations.
Founder PCB does not use conflict minerals
Founder PCB strives to eliminate “conflict minerals” (CM) and continues to take action to ensure that the metals used or contained in the products are not from conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and countries covered by conflict, such as Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, etc. In order to achieve the conflict-free mine supply chain goal, Founder PCB will:
1.Perform due diligence;
2.Require all 3TG suppliers to issue corresponding conflict mineral policies;
3.Require all 3TG suppliers to perform due diligence, provide necessary conflict minerals related statements, and complete the EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals Report.
If we determine that the 3TG suppliers providing the materials directly or indirectly finances the Congo or its neighboring countries, Founder PCB will terminate the business with them within any scope.
