Founder PCB has invested 86 million Yuan for the treatment of waste water and waste gas, to reduce environmental pollutants. After research and investigation, Founder has been using environmentally-friendly, energy-saving, and advanced technologies to build factories and supporting facilities.
All Founder PCB factories have achieved ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification.
In order to prevent damage to the environment caused by waste water, waste liquid, and waste gas, we strictly treat the waste according to national environmental protection standards before disposal or reuse.
In order to reduce the environmental damage caused by the chemical substances contained in the products we produce, Founder PCB complies with ROHS standards and promotes the use of lead-free and halogen-free materials in the products we manufacture.

Over the years, Founder PCB has been enthusiastic about public welfare, and continues to pay attention to and sponsor various social welfare activities.
It cooperates with social welfare institutions in the cities where we operate - such as Zhuhai and Chongqing - to raise funds for the care of children and effectively realize social care and social feedback. 

Founder PCB strives to eliminate “conflict minerals” (CM) and continues to take action to ensure that the metals used or contained in the products we produce are not from conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and countries covered by conflict, such as Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, etc. In order to achieve the conflict-free mine supply chain goal, Founder PCB will:
1.Perform due diligence;
2. Require all 3TG suppliers to issue corresponding conflict mineral policies;
3. Require all 3TG suppliers to perform due diligence, provide necessary conflict minerals related statements, and complete the EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals Report.
If we determine that the 3TG suppliers providing the materials directly or indirectly finances the Congo or its neighboring countries, Founder PCB will terminate the business with them within immediately.
